DSL problem

my DSL is very slow, and when i click on repair it give me the following msg:

the following steps of the repair operation failed:
Flushing the ARP cashe.
please contact ur network administrator or ISP

You have to re-install Network Wizard.

If you are running Windows eXperience, just follow these steps:

1-Open Control Panel
2-Double click or simply run the Network Setup Wizard
3-Click Next 2 times
4-If your computer i.e. OS (operating System) senses a LAN (Local Area Network) it'll ask you if you wanna use the existing shared connection. If so choose Yes
4'-If 4 doesn't occured i.e. it did not ask you about an existing shared connection so please select the middle option i.e. your computer is connected to Internet via a residential gateway.
5-Click Next 2 times
6-Assign your Workgroup name (it's default MSHOME)
7-You may Turn On sharing or not if you don't want anyone to share your shared folders.
8-Press Next 2 times
9-It'll ask you to save the settings, choose the last option then finish the Wizard.
10-Try again to Repair the connection, it should go fine now. If not contact me, I'll fix it for you from my position here on your Computer by taking control of your computer with your permission. Thanks a lot.
