6- Stop any bleeding (how?) and put drains.<o:p></o:p>

7- Avoid stitches except when you can't control the bleeder<o:p></o:p>

8- Any hematoma : explore <o:p></o:p>

9- Shattered lobe : excise<o:p></o:p>

10-Packing of difficult or inaccessible bleeding until transferring to a specialized center<o:p></o:p>

11-Antibiotics are prescribed ….<o:p></o:p>
